What is NADH? <\/h3>\n

Through respiration, NADH reacts in every cell with the oxygen we take in, creating the universal energy molecule ATP (adenosine triphosphate) found in every cell, and water. In which foods does NADH occur? <\/h4>\r\n

Mainly in meat, fish and poultry, in smaller amounts also in fruits and vegetables. The highest NADH content is found in the heart and wing muscles of birds. The active ingredient NADH is absorbed by the mucous membranes of the mouth and transported directly to the brain. An improvement in the ability to concentrate and react is quickly and clearly noticeable. You can take these two NADH lozenges at any time of the day as needed.
