What is NADH?
Through respiration, NADH reacts in every cell with the oxygen we take in, creating the universal energy molecule ATP (adenosine triphosphate) found in every cell, and water. The more ATP a cell has available (ATP is only increased in the cell by NADH), the better it functions and the longer it lives.

In which foods does NADH occur?
Mainly in meat, fish and poultry, in smaller amounts also in fruits and vegetables. The highest NADH content is found in the heart and wing muscles of birds. Since NADH is lost during the cooking process, also destroyed by stomach acid, it is necessary to balance the NADH requirement by taking NADH supplements.
What does one gain NADH from?
NADH is obtained from brewer's yeast, which contains very high amounts of NAD+. This NAD+ is then enzymatically converted into NADH. Harmless for yeast allergy sufferers: NADH is 99.9% pure substance and as a processed active ingredient no longer contains traces of yeast.
Is NADH vegan?
The active ingredient NADH is vegan and does not contain products derived from animals.
Is NADH doping-free?
Yes, confirmed by Dr. Patrick Schamasch, medical and scientific director of the IOC.
When does an energy-increasing effect occur?
With BUSINESS NADH (20 mg NADH per lozenge) and NADH YOUNG GENERATION (15mg NADH per lozenge), the effect occurs after 15-30 minutes.
The active ingredient NADH is absorbed by the mucous membranes of the mouth and transported directly to the brain. An improvement in the ability to concentrate and react is quickly and clearly noticeable. You can take these two NADH lozenges at any time of the day as needed. The micro tablet BENADH (20 mg NADH per micro tablet) is taken before breakfast with a glass of water, the effect (passes the stomach, absorbed in the intestine) occurs after about 1.5 to 2 hours - lasts for the whole day.
What are functionally combined NADH products?
These are products where the active ingredient NADH has been functionally combined with other active ingredients. Examples:
- NADH plus CHLORELLA (microalgae) - for natural body detoxification
- NADH plus L-ARGININ (amino acid) - for libido energizing, also for eyes, by lowering eye pressure
- NADH plus L-TRYPTOPHAN (amino acid) - for nerve relaxation. Helpful for difficulty falling asleep.
- SERONADHIN (5 HTP, tryptophan, vitamin B6, vitamin D, vitamin B12) - for mood elevation especially in depression.
- NADH 40 plus (CoQ10, lecithin, vitamin D) - "Healthy aging" for life energy.
How much NADH is recommended as a daily dose?
GNP NADH products are high dose, 15, 20, 22mg NADH per lozenge, micro tablet, tablet. 1-2 pieces per day are usually sufficient. Depending on your needs, you can increase the daily dose up to 100 mg NADH without any risk - because the body absorbs only that amount of NADH which is necessary to establish the energy balance in the body. The rest is excreted naturally through the kidneys and urine.

What is a blister pack?

The back of tablet blisters is sealed airtight with aluminum foil printed with the product name. Hygienically perfect, this packaging not only facilitates dosage here, but even protects against incorrect ingestion. This guarantees diffusion tightness (also called vapor barrier value). Important note: In the case of NADH products that are packaged loose in cans, the active ingredient NADH is immediately destroyed by the humidity in the air if the can is opened several times. Even microencapsulation does not provide sufficient protection against diffusion, according to published laboratory analyses.

Proven microcapsule systems usually use melamine-formaldehyde resins as the capsule wall material, as these have a number of positive properties, such as good resistance to chemicals, water, organic solvents and temperature. A fundamental disadvantage of this technology is the use of formaldehyde, which is not toxicologically harmless. However, dispersions of microcapsules made from melamine-formaldehyde resins contain free formaldehyde due to the manufacturing process. When and how is this lozenge administered?
