When and how is this microtablet administered?
Recommended intake: Consume 1-2 tablets daily in the morning with 1 glass of water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.

Important note:
If you still do not feel any effect from a NADH product after taking it for two months, you should not doubt the raw material NADH - but reconsider the source of supply. We tell you why:
- NADH has a shelf life of 24 months - expired NADH is ineffective.
- Be careful with products where the lot no. and the best before date is stuck on the folding box.
- Compare the lot number on the blister with the one on the package - it must be the same.
- NADH products (capsules, tablets) that are not blister-packed but loosely packed in containers are ineffective after repeated opening of the can, because the humidity successively destroys the NADH raw material.
